1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have a valid government-issued ID
• You are legally allowed to operate a scooter under Nevada law
• You are physically and mentally capable of safely operating a scooter

2. RENTAL BOOKING

• All rentals are booked online via our website (Shopify)
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion

3. RENTAL PERIOD

• The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time
• Late returns may result in additional charges
• You are responsible for the scooter during the entire rental period

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By renting a scooter, you agree:

• To operate the scooter safely and responsibly
• To follow all local traffic laws in Las Vegas
• Not to ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not to allow any unauthorized person to use the scooter
• To use appropriate safety gear (helmet strongly recommended)

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT

You are fully responsible for:

• Any damage to the scooter during your rental
• Theft or loss of the scooter
• Any repair or replacement costs

We reserve the right to charge your payment method for damages or losses.

6. ACCIDENTS & LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree:

• Riding a scooter involves inherent risks, including injury or death
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages
• RollvegasGoGo is not liable for:
  • personal injury
  • accidents
  • property damage
  • third-party claims

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, you waive all claims against RollvegasGoGo.

7. NO INSURANCE PROVIDED

• We do not provide insurance coverage
• You are responsible for your own insurance (if applicable)

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All bookings are final unless otherwise stated
• No refunds for:
  • no-shows
  • early returns
• In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund

9. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT:

• Use the scooter for illegal activities
• Ride outside permitted areas
• Modify or tamper with the scooter
• Use the scooter in unsafe conditions

Violation may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.

10. WEBSITE USE

Our website is hosted by Shopify.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

11. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollvegasGoGo shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of income or enjoyment
• any damages arising from scooter use

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RollvegasGoGo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the scooter
• your violation of these Terms
• any third-party claims

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
